وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ 18
Él es Quien domina a Sus siervos. Él es el Sabio, el Bien Informado.
