وَهُوَ الْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْحَكِيمُ الْخَبِيرُ 18
Él tiene total dominio sobre Sus siervos, y Él es el Sabio, el Conocedor.
