إِنَّا مَكَّنَّا لَهُ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَآتَيْنَاهُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ سَبَبًا 84
Verily We established his power on earth, and We gave him the ways and the means to all ends.
