هَٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ 138
This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah .
