إِنِّي وَجَدْتُ امْرَأَةً تَمْلِكُهُمْ وَأُوتِيَتْ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَلَهَا عَرْشٌ عَظِيمٌ 23
"I found (there) a woman ruling over them and provided with every requisite; and she has a magnificent throne.
